The project began with full 3D scans of each player, capturing every detail from shoes, shorts, and socks through to tattoos and facial features. This precision scanning ensured each figure carried a true likeness of the players, instantly recognisable to fans.

Following the scans, the process moved into design and prototyping, where adjustments were made for accuracy and approval. The bobbleheads were produced through a detailed sequence of 3D printing, sanding, and hand paint finishing, completed with a protective gloss coating for durability.
